1. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You no longer need the product
You purchased the product by mistake
You do not have the technical knowledge to use the product
You experience compatibility issues (please check requirements before purchasing)
You changed your mind after the purchase
2. Exceptions – Eligible Refunds

The product is corrupt or broken, and cannot be used as intended
You received a different product than what was advertised
There was a billing error or duplicate payment

3. Cancellations
Since we deliver digital content instantly upon purchase, order cancellations are not possible once the payment is completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.
